Terms & Conditions

1. The investment term is 12 months
2. Maximum investment is 5 units per tier
3. ROI of 30% will be paid after the first quarter - 4 months (maize harvest)
4. ROI of 70% will be paid at the end of the investment term (cassava harvest)
5. Investment capital may be adjusted based on economic condition
6. Investment cycle is 2 years. An investor can only withdraw capital after the investment cycle, and a 15% administrative fee will be applied.
7. In the event of the passing of an investor, the investment will be transferred to the next of kin as provided in this form, as long as they meet the necessary legal requirements.
8. Filling this form does not automatically make one an investor. Investment is only activated when payment is made.
